These terms govern the use of the pebstudio.com website, the customer portal and the PEB Studio free trial.
1. Use of the website
You may browse the website and submit requests for information, quotations and trials. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access or interfere with its operation.
2. Free trial
The free trial is provided for evaluation for the period stated on the pricing page. Data uploaded during the trial remains yours and can be exported or migrated to a paid plan.
3. Licences and subscriptions
Cloud subscriptions and Local licences are governed by the order form and licence agreement signed with PEB Studio, which prevail over these terms.
4. Intellectual property
The PEB Studio software, brand, documentation and website content are protected by copyright and trademark law. Models, drawings and documents uploaded by customers remain the property of the customer.
5. Liability
The website and its content are provided "as is". Engineering decisions remain the responsibility of qualified personnel of the customer.
