PEB Studio ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through pebstudio.com, the customer portal and our software, why we collect it and how you can exercise your rights.

1. Data we collect

• Contact and trial requests: name, company, business e-mail, phone, country, the plan you are interested in and your message.
• Customer portal accounts: name, e-mail, password hash (Argon2id), sign-in history and the documents shared with you.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and, if you accept analytics, anonymous statistics.

2. Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry, prepare proposals and deliver the service you signed up for.
• To send transactional e-mails such as account verification, RFQ confirmations, quotations, project status and shipping notifications.
• To protect our systems against abuse (rate limiting, brute-force protection, audit logs).

3. Sharing

We never sell personal data. We use carefully selected processors for e-mail delivery and hosting under data-processing agreements. Interface texts may be sent to AI translation providers; customer data is never sent for translation.

4. Retention

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact. Customer records are kept for the duration of the contract and as required by accounting law.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time by writing to the e-mail address on our contact page.

6. Cookies

Public pages set no cookies. A strictly necessary session cookie is used only when you submit a form or sign in. Analytics cookies are used only if configured by us and allowed by you.
